Shipping policy

All of our items are handmade. Please allow 4–6 days for your items to be created before shipping. This creation time is separate from the shipping estimates below and does not apply to preorder items.

Preorders

Preorder timing varies. Unless a specific ship-by date is stated in the preorder listing, we cannot guarantee a shipping date or timeframe. This includes preorders for sold-out colors awaiting restock.

For special preorders, such as holiday collections, any specified ship-by date will be included in the listing. A ship-by date refers to when your order will be shipped, not when it will arrive.

Domestic shipping

We ship domestic orders through USPS. Standard shipping costs $3.99 for order totals up to $14.99, $2.99 for $15.00–$29.99, and $1.99 for $30.00–$49.99. Standard shipping is free for orders of $50 or more. Priority shipping is available for $8.

Once your order ships, estimated delivery time is 5–7 days for Standard shipping and 3–5 days for Priority shipping. These estimates do not include creation time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and choosing Priority shipping does not shorten creation or preorder wait times.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and can receive USPS deliveries. If you have concerns about USPS delivery to your address, contact hello@getyourglit2gether.com before placing your order.
